How It was Raised

Cooking Tips
Pork Steaks: Grill over medium-high heat while basting with your favorite barbecue sauce, pulled at 145°F.
Bacon & Sausage: Cook bacon on a rimmed baking sheet in the oven at 400°F for 15–20 minutes for perfect, even crispness.
