Farrow-to-Finish Farm

We’re a farrow-to-finish farm, meaning we raise our pigs from birth all the way to market right here on our farm. This lets us ensure the best care, nutrition, and quality every step of the way.

Because we raise each pig ourselves, scheduling is important, it takes time for pigs to grow properly. We ask our customers to plan ahead so we can match your order with our next available group.

Raising pigs from start to finish takes patience, but it’s worth it for the quality and care you can taste. Thank you for supporting local farming done the right way.

Pre-Order

Live Pigs and Pork Boxes

We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve any of our live pigs or pork boxes. This deposit covers half of your total order value and locks in your spot so your pig (or pork box) is set aside just for you!

When it’s time for pickup or delivery, you can simply pay the remaining balance then. Once your deposit is received, we’ll reach out with all the details about pickup dates and delivery options.

Thank you for supporting our farm, we can’t wait to fill your freezer with quality, locally raised pork!

Pastured Raised Pigs

All of our pigs are raised on pasture, following Joel Salatin’s method of regenerative farming and rotational grazing. We’ve designed paddocks that hold 25–50 pigs each and rotate them every 8–12 days. This system allows pigs to root, wallow, and explore their natural behaviors that reduce stress and improve their overall health. The result is healthier animals, cleaner and more flavorful pork, and land that regenerates as pigs act as “biological tillers,” turning soil, breaking down brush, and fertilizing with their manure.

Pastured Poultry

Our broilers are raised in mobile shelters we call “Turtles,” each holding about 75 birds. Every other day, we move them one length across fresh pasture, where they forage while also receiving non-GMO feed for complete nutrition. Following Joel Salatin’s pastured poultry methods, this system improves bird health, reduces disease pressure, and produces chicken with richer flavor, firmer texture, and higher nutrients. At the same time, manure is evenly spread to fertilize the soil, pest cycles are broken, and the land grows more productive season after season.

Pastured Eggs

Our laying hens are raised on pasture using Joel Salatin’s well-known methods of regenerative farming and rotational grazing. This system allows them to express natural behaviors like scratching, pecking, foraging, and dust-bathing while enjoying a diverse diet of grasses, seeds, and insects, along with supplemental feed. The result is healthier birds and more nutritious eggs, naturally higher in omega-3s, vitamins, and rich yolk color, without the need for synthetic additives. At the same time, the land thrives as chicken manure enriches the soil, insect cycles are broken, and carefully managed rotations regenerate the pasture. By following Salatin’s model, we create a cycle where the chickens, the eggs, and the land all benefit together.
