  • How It was Raised

    Our hogs are 100% pasture-raised right here in the Inland Northwest. They spend their lives outdoors foraging on fresh pasture, rooting, and enjoying non-GMO supplemental feed with zero added hormones or prophylactic antibiotics.

  • Cooking Tips

    Smoked Ham: Bake covered at 325°F with a mustard and brown sugar glaze until warm throughout (140°F internal).

    Ground Pork: Use as a 1:1 substitute in burgers, meatballs, or pasta sauces for rich, savory flavor.
