Our hogs are 100% pasture-raised right here in the Inland Northwest. They spend their lives outdoors foraging on fresh pasture, rooting, and enjoying non-GMO supplemental feed with zero added hormones or prophylactic antibiotics.

Chops & Steaks: Sear in a hot cast-iron skillet with butter and herbs until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, then let rest for 5 minutes.

Pork Roast: Braise low and slow at 300°F until tender, or slow cook with root vegetables for an easy weeknight meal.
